    Your local store is not taking calls and I can't wait 8-10 minutes for a national operator. I've been trying for 2 weeks. The Samsung I purchased has a good picture only when viewing the middle of the screen. When viewing from the side, the picture is washed-out and faded. I've been trying different settings, but nothing that I've done helps. I'm not happy.

    I literally bought this tv on March 6, 2022 and the sound just went out on April 9, 2024. It is TWO years old and the sound went out. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PURCHASING A DIFFERENT BRAND.

    The power unit failed and requiring a manual reset. Since then the remote functions no longer work including channel and volume. Really expected better from Samsung and Best Buy,

    I purchased it in June 2024. The screen just stopped working, February 5th 2925

    I own a Samsung TV for the past 12 years and was eagerly looking forward for my new smart Samsung TV. The first had a fault with light leakage and I was asked to return the TV. This is the second TV which also had a problem. Even Samsung was unable to connect my TV. I was very, very disappointed. I was expecting so much as I had also heard and read how great this TV was.

    Worst TV I’ve ever purchased. Less than 3 months old and it freezes, reverberates and turns off and on on its own. Pixels look like glitter throughout the picture. Samsung support has not been helpful at all!

    Worked fine for 2 weeks and now will not stay connected to the WiFi. I tried a Wifi extender and that didn’t help Best Buy will not take a return after 15 days so now I’m stuck with a tv that you have to reset network everyday.

    When i purchased the TV i did not see the HULU app on the box so i asked the salesman if i can add it and he said yes. All you have to do is go to the App screen and search HULU and download it. Well not you can not. It says App not found. The TV is going back. I dont like being lied to.

    DO NOT BUY THIS TV!!! Bought in September, it is now December and will not turn on, either by remote or by power button! I would think a brand new tv would last longer than 4 months! Of course it’s no longer returnable, so lesson learned!

    The sound on this TV absolutely sucks. Brought it in and of course the techs dont hear it. Bass is full blast and no way to control. Sucks

    Very bad TV has blotches when you trying to gameon it's not good watching movies sucks will not buy this TV again. Samsung really went downhill my Samsung TV from 2008 720p as a lot better than this one I took it back and got my money and now I'm getting another TV

    TV screen quality is nice, however, the software is lacking and laggy. This is easily resolved by plugging in whatever device you stream from, but shouldn't be required. Otherwise, great TV for the price.

    For the most part I am pleased with his TV. The only issue I have is the picture seems to be a little dark.

    you cannot load the hulu app, there is no work around. Google assistant is advertised but not available. If you rely on these apps for TV or want to use google assistant for your tv - you cannot. called samsung, looked online for a work around. Nothing. VERY disappointing

    Needed a 4K TV. Also I purchase an open box and whoever had it before me decided to put an old remote in there that was extremely filthy. You would think The team at Best Buy would’ve caught something like this, but they didn’t. I returned it after having it for five hours.

    I have better 1080 TVs... all Samsung too. It’s little bulky in today’s new standard for slim TVs.
