hopefully this one will last longer than the 2 yr my last one lasted before it self destructed.

I own seven of those Samsung TVs, and this one here only lasted 28 days ?

Samsung continues to deliver a less than quality product. They are not what they used to be.

I simply was looking for a 39-43 inch TV around $200. At only $199.99 this fit the bill the best. Loved that it's a smart TV and has a full sized remote, hate the little Roku and other small remotes, this one just feels like you'd expect a remote to feel like. Simply set settings to "Natural" picture & "Optimized" sound & it was that easy to make it every bit to my liking. I'll not speak on the smart features & app's as I don't ever use them nor do I even have them setup. All I wanted was a good 39-43 inch TV, but the majority have smart features standard nowadays so...... Anyway this definitely lives up to Samsung's reputation of high quality TV's. If the size suits your needs, then I absolutely recommend.

I am disappointed in this tv, I have no sound when I try to play Pandora, CMT, or any other music app except Spotify. I am constantly having to remove apps and reinstall them to get them to play. I have rebooted, reconnected, checked for software updates.... so disappointed.

This is the second television I purchased. The first worked great for my son’s birthday so I purchased another for my other son for Christmas. It didn’t turn on. I tried the online troubleshooting tips and even swapped power cords between the TVs. Nothing worked…the TV delivered in-op.

This TV has been subpar to say the least. Samsung is usually reliable but the specs are pretty lackluster and the app crash frequently. I should have invested more money in a better model or opted for the LG with 4K capability.

Did not buy this product will have to contact this company 3 things I did not bought.

Having a smart TV doesn’t mean much if it can never be updated. Two weeks old and obsolete

No complaints so far from my son Price was very competitive

Only had the TV one and a half months and it already has problems. It was working for a month and now it has fuzzy lines on the TV that I can't get rid of. Would definitely not purchase this TV again! It is causing me and my 85 year old mother much stress.

The tv is very slow. Can not change channels. Unless is point directed to the Tv

The TV is too bright even if you adjust the brightness, it's way too bright.

In less than 2 months there was a green line running down the center of the screen and a few months later an eighth of the screen was black. I wasn’t satisfied with my purchase.

It was poor picture it’s graining and poor color it’s dark. Disappointed in the tv

I bought the samsung thinking it would be a better tv... sound is AWFUL.. I have to turn it up as high it will go to be able to get the sound I want.. never will I buy another Samsung..wishing I had gone with the vizio..Stay away from this tv.

Why do I keep getting these requests from Best Buy ? I didn't buy this item.

200 dollar TV, nuff said. Broke in about a week, picture turned purple. Returned and employee told me they have had some of these returned. I upgraded to the 300 dollar samsung 4k and its working great.

Modem went out and there’s no support from Samsung. Once modem is gone it’s only good for OTA or a streaming stick which is why you get a smart TV in the first place.
