Worst tv ever. Used for a month in 2020. Tried to turn on 8/25/2022 and it is dead. Bought from best buy in Puyallup-zero help..dont waste your time or money-complete crap.

Had to call several times as the colors go from bright to very lite

This was an open box sale but everything was certified and all equipment was verified. So, when I open up 3 screws were missing to attach the feet to the tv and a plastic part was broken on the foot. When I plugged it in, there were multiple vertical lines running through it. Grrr.

Wifi doesn’t work and the store clerk said to bring it back

I bought this Samsung and the picture went out called Samsung and got no help at all

The TV kept dropping WiFI. First, Samsun repaired WiFi board, now the entire power board. I’m frustrated, for sure. They wouldn’t just junk it and replace it without sending it back 3 times. Soooo...I guess we shall wait and see.

After five rescheduled appointments the tv arrived , it was dropped from the truck to the ground and so far no damage that I can see. If I hadn't called I would never of known to re reschedule Not impressed with best buys service!

Afet couple of weeks inbuilt speaker stopped working. Got replacement from BestBuy but I won't recommend this product.

after one year, with little use, one day it stopped working, I was told the mainboard was damaged. also when I tried to connect with a HDMI cable to my laptop, it did not get the signal. bad luck I guess

Tv arrived damaged, but best buy took care of replacing it and making it right, and provided excellent customer service while doing so.

Liked the TV however I needed a better refresh rate for watching sports.

defective sound . voice does not match the the telvison

Only had this tv 2 months and the speakers are defective and they sound weird like a monster very terrible sound most definitely taking it to geek squad

Haven’t had the t.v. for a year and the light completely burnt out.

Tv will not allow me to sign into my Samsung account therefore I cannot download any apps. It’s a huge paperweight that requires dusting....worse $$ I ever spent

Absolute piece of garbage. DO NOT BUY. TV lasted three months before it went dead and won’t come back on.

Do not buy this tv if you want to use apple airplay. Samsung says it is compatible with airplay and it is not!! It is not a friendly tv! I will never purchase another Samsung tv!

The Screen was broken ,my mistake i did not buy insurance and because it was a present i did not open it ,and when it was open it was too late to take it back to the store, maybe not Best buy fault it could be the delivery company .
