It has a glitch and it get stuck all the time when you are trying to used one appt to another

What more is there to say? Purchased TV for my mother's bedroom. She only knows how to use HULU app. Brought it home and found out it doesn't support HULU.

Can not rate this product, actually returned item and ended up purchasing a smaller tv unit 32in instead. Please send me a review under the name of M. Masson cause l did have a problem with this product never resolved . . .

I returned this item twice. Initial setup was easy, but it kept prompting me to connect to the internet. The internet connection was disrupted every time I turned the TV off.

Would not recommend unless you are mounting because legs don’t support tv and mine fell over and hit my head cracked tv and cut my head and the protection plan did nothing and neither did Samasung!!!! I’m still making payment on a tv left in the floor at best(worst)but!

Waste of money. Don’t believe Best Buy description. This tv happens to be one of the smart TVs that is NOT supported by Hulu. For non-avid Hulu users tv is good purchase. If not then don’t waste your time. Waste of motherass time and money

Was broken in transit. Shipped to home. Not a great idea

A heads up that though the specs say this tv supports hulu, it doesn’t. I called Samsung customer service (twice) who confirmed that the hulu app is not available on this model.

I opened the TV and was surprised to see that there was color leak inside the screen.

A year and a half later this TV is now dead and has to be replaced.

This has been the most disfunctional transaction I have ever encountered. Nothing but misinformation in every email. I wound up buying it in the Aventura store. When it comes, it is going right back.

The TV picture frequently goes to black and then pops back on. Frequency is random. May not do it for days and then will do it multiple times in an hour. Frustrating!

Picture not very clear. Set aspect ratio still stretched picture even with HD channels. Cannot get rid of soap opera effect. Tried every tip I have heard. Disappointing. Stay away!

I RETURNED THE 1ST TV THAT I PURCHASED ON 8/9/20 WHICH WAS DELIVER ON THE 8/11/20. WHEN I GOT READY TO INSTALL THE TV IT WAS DAMAGED. I BROUGHT IN AND EXCHANGE IT FOR A 2ND TV THAT WAS EXACTLY THE SAME TV IT WAS DAMAGE AS WELL.

Sadly this item was defective and had to be returned. I purchased a different Samsung model from Best Buy, The exchange was simple and easy. The replacement TV works fine.

Absolutely nothing at this point. Model has too many problems Don't buy it!

Awful They didn’t send the remote or the legs for the TV to me and the top corner on the edge has a crack. The crack doesn’t effect picture but I can’t use it without the legs anyway.

Not recommended it’s cheap for a reason not that bright of a screen and the tizen ur is crap Also it’s the law to post a prop 65 warning outside the box not inside the box which was our situation and why I’m returning it
