    Nice tv BUT cannot download Xfinity app on it. Very unhappy and this is our 4th Samsung TV this is the only one where no search found in regards to the Xfinity app or Xfinity Beta app.

    I hate I can no longer return this tv. There's some kind of shortage... the tv will just randomly turn off and you have to wait an hour or so before it will just come back on out of the blue. Hate this tv.

    Not user friendly. Not too smart either. Can't get Prime. What??? Oh, I need another device to make it work. Very frustrating.

    Im really not satisfied with the t v when you change channels it takes about 20 seconds before it changes i would return it but i can't find my receipt

    This TV takes along time to stream xfinity, it freezes up and the picture occasionally gets blurring. Don’t buy this TV.

    This was a replacement for my UHD 4K Samsung TV that died 2 days ago. It turned out to be a dud, too! It was missing parts!!!

    Some of the screws were missing!! It’s just annoying when you do spend money and then when I called back to ask for help, the guy was rude.

    Out of the box bright blue lines down the middle of the screen. Have bought many TV's and this is the first time I have ever had to take one back for a defect right out of the box. Bummer

    This is 2018 model not a 2019 listed in the specifications sheet listed in bestbuy. No google assistant or many other features listed.

    We found this TV difficult to navigate and the sound is already starting to go. It does not get a lot of use. Maybe used 15 times.

    Failed in less than 60 days. NO Power. Best buy would not exchange and sent out for repair even with purchase of 3yr warranty. its been almost 30 days NO TV. Best Buy Warranty SUCKS

    I had this TV less than one month. Screen went on it today. No picture just a black screen with green n blue lines in it. Returning it tomorrow.

    Tv cuts on with no volume have to cut it back on for it to work Volume button on remote does work. My daughter went on tv issues and it still does not work. May be bringing it back.

    Turns off on its own, sometimes comes back on sometimes not. The longer we have it the worse the problems. Often we have to unplug the set for a minute, replug it in, then it will start
