The software on this TV lags. It has constant wifi connection. This TV stinks.

Item is not a well made tv. Very different than my 3 other samsung tv. It feels and weights like a can.

I purchased this TV and it stopped working suddenly after only TWO months! I will not purchase any Samsung products in the future.

TV ordered with the the understanding it would arrive next day? It came nine days later? Was a three year old model?

Not happy! The screws for tv weren’t in the box. So I had to go to Home Depot! Couldn’t put the tv up.

Was decent for the price but went dark after 2 years. Maybe that's the new life span on these?

This picture went out not even 24 hours after I set it up, Samsung warranty is horrible about trying to fix it. It is still not fixed to this day.

I returned because wasn't working well when I took it to the store for replacement they said insurance doesn't cover I was so disappointed with this purchase

This TV does not come with Hulu even though it says it does under the specifications on Best Buy's item page.

Only lasted a year before it took a dump and screen went black. Also apps are always freezing.

This tv is terrible. It constantly restarts and goes bakc to the home page in the middle of a show.

I've had this tv for 1 month and the wifi card went bad which makes the tv useless. I will never buy Samsung again. What a rip off.

As a basic HD tv this is a good unit. the interface is ok, the speed of the apps and amount of memory are good for now. I did have to turn off the smoothing features to prevent trailing and stutter. Picture is pretty good and the unit itself was light but sturdy. My biggest complaint is the remote. It has a different style than any Samsung remote I've used with lots of bumps and buttons I'll never use that just get in the way. Hard to tell where I am on the remote and it's not backlit so in the dark impossible to see. They should have just used a minimalist firestick style instead. i may have to get a universal to replace the included remote.

Did not know how to hookup vcr to new tv until second time 2 weeks later.

Bad experience TV came damaged. Sent it back. Best Buy said out of stock. Annoying

Returned. Didn't bind with internet. Mmmmmmmmmmmmm

Do not buy this tv! Highly pixelated. Overall horrible picture quality. They say you get what you pay for and this is certainly true of this model.
