    We have two other Samsung HD’s this one was a no brainer… What was important was Best Buy’s customer service .. the first TV was misdelivered … called their customer service and they immediately called for a replacement… very courteous..thank you Best Buy!

    Its a pretty good TV. It's your average Samsung Smart TV with your apps and you can also airplay with this TV. The picture quality is great and it can support the old fancy composite videos. One flaw I find with this TV is how laggy it could be. Its noticeable but it isn't something that you would be ripping your head off. Overall I say its a decent option for its screen size and its price.

    Good picture volume is good for a flat tv i mean im happy with it for under 300 dollars

    Great value for the picture and sound quality. A bit confusing for set up. But customer service was good, because the manual said to download an app that was not compatible with my android phone.

    Have had no problems. Easy set up. I made some adjustments to color. Also I purchased a sound bar. Sound quality, as with most new TV sets, is not good. New TVs should come with a sound bar!
