Does not fully work with Alexa only power on/off

The only thing Alexa can do is turn it on or off. Alexa cannot change the channel. Very disappointing. Spec are misleading.

Incomplete installation

I was told that the work order did not include notification that the tv was to be installed to my Best Buy surround sound. I cannot use any of the smart tv features-no sound.
