This item arrived severely damaged and clearly as the result of carrier abuse; there is no fair way for me to evaluate it as a product. However, the return process was both prompt and painless, resulting in a quick credit that allowed me to purchase a better unit at a lower price (an older model, to be fair). In general, I have been impressed with the quality of Samsung products.

The stand is not as high as the one I had before so the picture looks smaller and is not as clear. It is satisfactory for my needs. I liked the free delivery right to my door.

I purchased this TV since I knew Samsung was a good brand. My previous TV from Samsung (2011 model) lasted me 9 years with no problem so I knew it was time to upgrade to a smart tv. Once I got the TV, I set it up and it was working perfectly well. The next day, I turned on the TV and was unable to connect to the WiFi. The next few days I had the same issue and could not connect to WiFi to use the apps. I contacted Samsung and they said it could be a problem with my WiFi. Not so because all other devices in my house are working fine on the WiFi including my roommate’s smart TV from LG. I googled if this was a common problem with Samsung TVs and apparently many of them have this issue. I did everything I could to troubleshoot this problem but had no luck. So this is a warning to buyers: Samsung clearly has not fixed the bug on their smart TVs not being able to connect to WiFi. This problem seems to go back as far 2016 models. I trusted this brand and they let me down.

It works great, a little smaller then I wanted but all i could afford at the time.

The screen went dark on me after 4 years. I guess that is standard for stuff we buy now. But would like for things to last longer.

I think Samsung has fallen in quality. Could be due to "smart" tv being new. navigating is a nightmare. The remote tries to do to much in a small space. needs to be larger for big hands. Also bought a Hisense brand smart tv and it seems more advanced and easier. Sound is crappy if you must play it over 50%.
