This does NOT work with Alexa as advertised. I have this TV, and Samsung told me this is a 2015 model, not a 2019. Who is responsible for the lies with multiple retailers? Picture is good, sound is OK, so it gets 2 stars. With the false info, I can't give it more.

I adore my new TV. Actually, I purchase three TVs. They were very reasonable.

A really nice TV is ruined by Samsung's terrible, invasive "internet of things" software. All I want to do is use the HDMI port, but you won't be able to use the TV without connecting to wifi, creating a Samsung account, and going through their dumb home screen. Nobody asked for this.

Well please with everything about this Television.

TV was supposed to be new but box had been opened. Baggies with screw to mount tv atand legs gone and I had to go to hardware store. Directions gone. Anothwe remote and cords and legs for another tv thrown in there. The new remote does not work. It was a time consuming mess and tv delivered late on top of it. There's plenty of other places to get a tv and it won't be Best Buy for me.
