    The remote for this TV is hard to use. One has to be very close to the TV for it to work. The buttons on the remote are small and close together and won't work unless I am about 6' from the TV.

    I Purchased this TV and I wanted to be able to mirror my screen for my iOS device to the TV. First off that function does not work so the second option was to do the smart things app that the walk-through of the TV set up told me to do. Come to find out The TV isn’t even compatible on the smart things app. When I called Samsung they told me to just wait for an update and it should fix the problem. Are you kidding me the ad specifically states that it has screen mirroring technology for iOS devices and also has smart thing app compatibility. All of this is completely not true. I find it very ridiculous Do you spend money on a TV that claims I can do some thing and then come to find out it’s not even compatible because of an update then you shouldn’t advertise it to have that technology that is false advertising

    It’s not an expensive TV so it doesn’t have some of the bells and whistles that other TV’s have. The work to add Apps and then access them is difficult. There is no “Siri” search feature so if you are looking for a show, uncertain of which App its imbedded on, it takes for ever to look and find. It’s very frustrating.

    Worked perfectly for one week then stopped connecting to WiFi, picture didn’t work- was way too large for the screen and settings weren’t available to change it. Played audio with no picture. Text support couldnt do anything. Phone support couldn’t do anything. They then gave me a link to have a service provider to come out to physically look at the tv but the link didn’t work. Had to contact Samsung a 3rd time just for them to tell me the tv isn’t covered under warranty and I have to take it to a service center (back out of my 3rd story apartment and across town) to have them look at it. The customer service agent would ask questions and interrupt every time I tried to answer. I haven’t bought a tv in years and this experience has been awful. Definitely cannot recommend Samsung. Wasted money and hours of my time.

    I have not yet used the unit. The setup process insists that I create a Samsung account. I am not a fan of the idea of having some sort of login account for every manufacturer of every item in my home. I am tired of having to keep track of usernames and passwords. I am trying to figure out a way to get it working without creating a login account. I have never had to login to a TV before in my life. The product description should have warned me.

    Decent Tv but all that matters is how long these piece of junk TVs will last. Check back in 4 years.

    Unusable T.V. (Junk)

    I bought this tv to replace an older model Samsung, bad mistake. The older model had audio out terminals so I could hook up a pair of Bluetooth headphones as I am very hard of hearing. After buying numerous adapters, cables, and headphones as recommended by the Best Buy salesman in desperation I called Samsung support only to find out I can have sound from the speakers OR the optical outlet, BUT NOT BOTH ! This seems to me to be a downgrade or cheapening of the Samsung products I have used and recommended over the years. Luckily, I can return this useless junk as I have only had it 14 days. DO NOT BUY THE SAMSUNG JUNK THEY ARE NOW SELLING !

    Thought I was replace the Samsung I had been satisfied with for years. Your electronics people have no advice. When I had a problem I was transferred to Samsung and learned I’d been misled.

    Doesn't support Hulu

    My wife bought the tv today so we could watch Hulu in the bedroom at night. The description says it supports Hulu. When you go to the App Store Hulu is no where to be found. Searched online on how to download it. Well come to find out this Samsung doesn't support it. We will be returning it and buying a tv else where. Best Buy you need to update your page to reflect this.

    It was a bad buy

    I bought this yesterday, and was told it had analog output so I could use my existing receiver and speakers. Wrong! It took 3 people about 4 hours and many phone calls to discover the associate was wrong. The jury is out on whether or not I’ll keep it. So far I found it difficult to maneuver. I’m somewhat tech challenged, but the guys helping me are very tech savvy, and they both thought it was difficult to program and use.

    Poor Color Quality

    Purchased this new TV to replace a prior Samsung that provided great color, picture and sound quality for over 14 years. However, I am VERY disappointed in the quality of the color on my new purchase even after trying to adjust it with Samsung online tech support. The depth of color and quality is terrible. So disappointed! I would return it except I had to pay someone for installation and set-up.

    The "Add to Cart to See the Price" is DECEPTIVE.

    I will never buy something where you have to "Add to cart to see the price" like this. I thought retailers were getting smarter that this doesn't work for sales. Yes yes, I know, the retailer blames the manufacturer. Put the good price in plain view, I will maybe buy it. Make me add it to the cart for some insidious reason to make someone's "interest" numbers better, I WON'T BUY IT. Every time. This is the stupidest practice I've ever seen and it's just plain deceptive.

    Picture mush worse than my last Samsung T.V.

    Compared to my last 40" Samsung this set's picture was poor. The remote is cheap and buttons work poorly. The brightness kept changing even though room light was the same. After reviewing all the complaints about "ambient light control" I got the THREE different options turned off and manually set the color and contrast. Still not great. Sometimes sawtooth edges around dark figures. Sad to see Samsung quality decline. I won't be buying anymore Samsung products.
