This purchase did not come with nails that were supposed to be provided.

Was unable to get the television into the stand. Had to return the purchase. Plus, they delivered two when I only ordered one. Very incompetent salespeople.

Description of open box tv said it was in excellent condition no other description And when I opened my box and turn on tv it was damaged I just had a surgery and couldn’t take it back now Iam stuck with a damage tv and owe it! My 2 weeks past to be able to return it.

Missing items and damaged. Missing 1. Power chord 2. Leg screws 3. Handbook and instructions Damage 1. Deep scratch in back 2. Pea size chip behind frame 3. Powder substance all over inside box 1.

The tv was delivered in time but there was no power cord, remote or stand. On spending close to an hour on chat, 1-800-best buy and lastly another customer service line, my options was to either take the box to an ups office, take it to the store or wait for a replacement tv to come in 25 days. I ordered this online for the convenience of not having to deal with carrying a big box. I wish I had not ordered from Best Buy. Never again.

This tv sucks and the UI it uses sucks. The UI lags and the casting features are extremely difficult to use. This is not Samsung's A game tv, buy yourself a fire tv instead and save yourself a headache.

I just bought a 40 inches Samsung 40N5200AFZA LED FHD for my kids at florence Kentucky Bestbuy shop , I got home and opened the box, no power cable, remote and manual included in box.

I like Samsung, but the picture too dark I will return this tv today

Don’t buy a Samsung TV. I’ve had nothing but issues with mine shutting off randomly and then my 65” just died, a little under 3 years after buying it. It won’t turn on. Terrible tv.

Avoid! Piece of Rubbish! Does not connect to my Mac/Iphone or anything! Constantly have to reset all functions every single time! will be returning this as it's a waste of time!!!

Not worth it . Stopped working after a couple of years && it cost more to fix it than to buy a new one

i bought it in October 2019 , a month ago j have half of the screen is black .

The tv lasted one day until the screen turned black and would not turn on

Does not have threaded holes on the back to attach it to a wall bracket. They give you a phone number to talk to someone far away that can not help you. Disappointed in Samsung.

the sound is bad sometimes loud and sometime can t hear

The sound with this TV is not that great. People sound like aliens.

Picture is too bright Wash out on an angle audio changes

Sound has issues, 1 time its normal, next time super loud, next can't hear it at all. Cannot get picture to fit screen. Going to return it soon.

The sound is not working properly I have to bring it back

Speaker blew after three days! Good picture, okay sound, a little small, but after having it plugged in just three days the speaker blew and I had to return it. Got a newer model as a replacement and 43."
