Great TV, not a great remote

The remote control however is not great. It has no back light so it is impossible to use without lights on. Also, the remote control only works for the TV, you are not able to use it for anything else.

The clarity and sound are terrific. The geek squad came over and did all the installation on my wall, The sales person was very helpful and helped me make the right decision in the TV that I bought. I have always bought Samsung products and have never had any kind of problem.

Would ho back and buy another and tell my friends of the T.V. The employee that helped me did a great job, without pressure. He was informative and didnt try to sell me something I didn't need ! Which is very important and respectful ! So I would recommend going to Best Buy and the Samsung TVs

Setup was incredibly easy. The box included batteries for the remote. There's a lot of customization options when it comes to the display.
