I've had great luck with Samsung TVs. It was easy to set up. The picture quality is great and I'm glad I went with this tv instead of a cheaper, lesser-known, brand. It's a perfect size(40-inch screen) for the small room (not too big, not too small).

I like my news. And my grandson watches hes kid shows. With great quality picture and great with the wifi capability like our other smart tvs.

However is this case everything seems good. The picture is good the sound is okay. We got this "smart" TV to replace an old "dumb" tv for my mom so it was easier to get to the streaming services. She has gotten used to it without problems

The important part is that a store manager and Geek squad members delivered on excellent service and restored our confidence in Best Buy as a trusted source for products. The new TV works well and we are glad we could upgrade to a larger set than we originally selected

It was so easy to set up! My only issue is that my mother is losing her eyesight and the sleep timer is buried in the menu so it is to difficult for her to see and use.
