The picture is great, sound is better than the last TV we had in this space. I like the way it turns off, sort of movie theater similar.

It has a nice clear picture and comes with many extra channels ready for viewing. The reason that I only give it four stars is the guide on the remote. It is not very user friendly and seems to have a mind of its own most of the time.

After 10 minutes of discussion with the sales person we found what we wanted and it lived up to all our expectations!

I had the code to enter to make the remote control respond correctly, and plugged in the two cords that were plugged in our previous Sony TV. Works great! We love it.

Took time to get settings to my liking but not a real issue. This TV replaced another 40" Samsung which lasted only 3.5 years. Hopefully this TV lasts longer. Price and free shipping were very good.
