This is my second Samsung TV and I would not have bought another one if I wasn't completely satisfied with the first. It's a great TV.

Excellent picture. Sound quality very good for television viewing. There are a lot of viewing options and apps. Only thing keeping me from a 5 is the plug gets easily disconnected when the wall mount is moved.

Able to purchase a Samsung Smart TV at an affordable price. Sales rep. demonstrated to assist us with excellent listening skills. He even carried the TV and loaded it into our car.

Was not looking for anything real fancy, just a good TV, and this fits the bill. Good price, easy to set up, has quick start and channel changes with using the remote. No complaints!

Remarkable how good a TV you can get for short dollars. Got this for one of our AirBnb guest rooms and it was extremely easy to set up. Can be used with our guests' laptops or phones and also offers access to our house cable system. Good also for gaming applications.

I have two specific reasons for returning this item. And, it has nothing to do with the quality of the TV picture etc. My gripe is with the remote and the screen when it first comes on. I found the keys on the remote to be impossibly close to each other. Three of us were trying to set up Discovery plus and it did not offer the option of using our computer to set it up. Because of the closness of the keys with the back key, all three of us repeatedly went out of the set- up and then had to start all over with the email and password set up. It was a royal pain. The other issue has to do with the screen when the TV is turned on. It alwasy shows some part of the last show I was watching. It comes on in the middle of the show and plays the volume at the pre set. The problem is, I don't want to last show I was watching to be playing. I find it very annoying. And, it will start playing commercials even though all of the apps I sign up for have no commercials because I pay the higher fee. Since I am not in an App when I turn it on but in Samsungs interface, I get hit with commercials. I talked with others who have the TV and they don't find these things to be an issue. For my spouse and I it was and we went with a Google interface that does not have these issues and the remote is very clean and usable.

Crystal clear picture. Replaced with a 32 inch Samsung and thought that the picture wouldn't be as clear, but not only clear, but a better picture in whole. Would highly recommend.
