Great picture! We put it in our motor home and it allows us to have a better quality picture

I originally bought this TV for my 5 year old son in December, 2019. Unfortunately, he broke it by throwing something at the screen. We chose Samsung because you can download the Xfinity Stream app. There is no need for a cable box. It was on sale for $150. I waited and waited and never caught it that low again. I bought it last month, Feb 2021 for $240. I was unable to download the Xfinity Stream app. I called Samsung and they said you can no longer download that app on this model. That sucks. I will be returning it.

excellent TV for the price and purpose. Needed it for an office conference room.

Nice size, very clear picture, lots of off air and streaming sources on the guide. Only down side is difficulty in getting streaming channel selection on first try.

I found the sales people to be most informed, helpful and courteous. When I had to bring something back because it didn't work due to heat vents the employees helping me were pleasant, swift and, again, helpful. Both times very good experiences, for me, and this midst Christmas shopping and COVID! Also, if you didn't know, if you buy an item in the store (or online) they will deliver AND remove the item they are replacing with no extra charge. I recommend Best Buy to one and all!!!

I purchased this as a replacement/upgrade, picture quality is good for the price. No complaints so far.

We love our new television. We buy at Best Buy most of the time because the employees help us make a decision for what is most suitable for our situation. We are in our 70's so we don't always know allot about tech.

All apps (Netflix, etc.) are quickly available. Good picture.

We use this tv in our basement gym. The picture is good and the speakers are loud enough (and clear) for our use case (it’s on mainly during sessions on the rower). Overall good value for the money.

The picture is excellent. The sound is not as good as I was expecting or hoping for. The sound quality is the only thing keeping me from rating this a 5-star purchase.

This tv has a beautiful picture. I am still learning all the ways to use it. It definitely is a "smart" tv.

Easy set up. Easy programming and immediate viewing Although I have had extremely disappointing experience trying to charge my purchases from Best Buy. Via their CITI Account Cards, the TV is great.

I bought this tv when it was on sale and it was the best thing I ever bought for my apartment. Easy to use and set up by yourself.

Samsung seems to always hit the mark. You get a 40" with all the same features as the larger more expensive models.
