    This tv is definitely a smart tv easy set up and connected to the WiFi plus all of my most used apps already preinstalled into the system

    I bought two of these TVs. One for each of my kids for Christmas. You can’t go wrong with a Samsung tv. I have all Samsung TVs in my home

    Bought this for an Apple Monitor and Power Point display. Very difficult to pair with a MacBook. Finally figured a way after 3 days of trying to talk to Samsung (not available), Geek Squad (immediately dumped my off to Apple Support) and Apple, who patiently worked to solve. Conclusion? There is no way to direct wire an Apple to it, only AirPlay! You must activate Bluetooth AND have both units connected to a WiFi. Not easy, and certainly not intuitive!

    We own 6 Samsung LED Smart TV's. Our 40 inch that was 4 old developed a problem, so we purchased a new 40" Samsung (need a 40" to fit the location) and noticed a problem with extremely poor quality on scenes with dark backgrounds. The "Chat" feature with support gives you the runaround with AI for quite awhile, but then I spent 2 hours and 36 minutes working with an agent before finally getting a service ticket to take it to the local authorized service center. They changed a part (main PCB) and we took it home to find the same problem. Samsung customer support is very well designed to keep you away from a real person or an escalation manager. We have spent hours on the phone either on hold or with representatives. We were told to take it back for a 2nd trip to the service representative where they said they could not see the problem. We provided pictures and videos of the problem. Samsung directed the service center to send it back to us and tell us there is no problem. We can see this issue on this set only, the other 5 we have work properly. We spoke to a "technical manager" with Samsung who actually told us that he isn't going to apologize or show empathy for our dissatisfaction, even though that is probably what he should do. I told him it is likely a quality problem with this set and they should probably want it back to examine it, and replace it if they can't fix it, because it is now a customer satisfaction problem. He said no, too bad. We finally got another ticket opened and took it back to the service center. Two weeks passed when they called us to inform us it has no problem. We spoke to another manager of some kind who opened another ticket for the 3rd repair attempt. This manager promised to call us back and that she would follow the progress of the ticket. That did not happen. Ultimately the service center called us back to pick it up, as Samsung was not going to authorize any further work or parts, and that it is working. Well, it is not working and has a display quality problem with certain scenes with dark backgrounds. We have had terrible experience with Samsung "Service", I guess we have just been lucky we have not needed it before. We have purchased 6 LED set of various sizes, have 3 Samsung 27" monitors and have had several generation of Samsung Android phones. This lack of customer service has now driven us to other brands for future purchases. I see some of Samsung's responses to bad reviews, and they say "We are here to serve you 7 x 24, just call us or chat with AI, blah, blah, blah. They have cleverly designed their support path to wear you down and never speak to a manager or the same person twice to make accountability impossible on their part. Really consider other options other than Samsung.
