I really like this TV. The size is very good for a room and it seems very simple to use and set-up. This is the 4th TV I have purchased from Samsung of the same size, for different reasons, in the last two years. For the price (if you can find it on sale), it's worth its money. Thanks!

Pleased with the quality of picture and sound. Needed this TV on an articulating wall bracket placed into a built-in cabinet in living room so the size was perfect. Setup was straight forward - just follow the on-screen prompts. TV Good value for the money - IMO

Ordered the 40" Samsung HD Smart TV. Delivery took a very short time and I was provided a tracking report on a timely basis. The price was very competive, service person was extremely knowledgeable ---and I am very pleased with the TV.

This is an amazing tv. Picture quality is very impressive and sound quality is great! I was able to connect my cable box and ear buds very quickly and oh so easy! There are many functions on this tv. Some I am still learning about. If you are looking for a great tv, this is the one!

It has an amazing picture and the clarity is crystal clear and the colors are vibrant!

Very happy with this TV. I was challenged by a small space & had a 32 inch but wanted something larger. Lots of research. This is the only 40 inch to fit. Love Samsung products. Clear, crisp picture. Easy to connect

It has a great picture, all of the streaming apps I wanted were already loaded, and the controls are easy to use. I also have a Samsung phone, so I was able to connect the TV to my phone for an additional, easy-to-use remote.

Initial set up was super easy. Pretty great sound and picture quality. It's also pretty lightweight, caught me off guard since the last time I got a TV was before Smart TVs were even a thing. The only downside is the short extension cord, other than that though it's a great product.

ONLY caveat with this tv, the HULU app is not built-in nor is it available to download in the Samsung Hub. Long calls with Best Buy and Hulu tech help (they were both great btw but baffled by the issue) and time on Samsung site confirmed that it could not be accessed through the tv or remotely forced loaded either. Other than spending the time initially trying to work around the Hulu app issue, set up was easy and intuitive. Just FYI our simple work around...We decided to bypass the Hub and cast all of the services that we subscribe to from an old unused iPhone via Chromecast because the mobile apps are all easier to navigate and set data saving options. The picture is always super high Samsung quality with no buffering issues. The built-in tv speakers are actually decent enough too, but we also bought a Samsung All-in-One sound bar because it has Bluetooth music mode so we could pair with another iPhone and MacBook Pro in addition the tv.

It may not be the latest technology, when it comes to TVs, the picture quality is very good and access to all the apps that come with this smart tv is great. And all that for just $200! All in all a perfect replacement for my four year old tv , which got hit and rendered useless by a strike on the cable system.

This is our first ever purchase of a smart tv and we are very pleased. This Samsung TV comes with all the apps we need for our streaming services. The picture quality is good and is large enough for our moderate-sized living room. The only thing we don't like is that the feet supporting the screen are much too far apart to sit on our tv table. We bought a generic center-type stand so that it would fit.

This television was a great value. The picture is very clear. It is the perfect size for the area in our home.

Needed a smart TV at last, so's to cut cable. I know nothing about any of this, and different floor staff in two visits put Samsung in the top 3. We'd had Samsung before, with zero problems. The price was right. Setup was in fact easy even for me. 40" is plenty for us. The picture is bright and clear. Our standards re TVs are admittedly loose, but this TV is JUST FINE. The learning curve for managing channel/show options, all those streaming services, is a little daunting but probably wouldn't be for most people, and we're getting there. This affordable non-huge smart TV finally allowed us to cut cable and depend on a portable plug-into-the-wall, $25/month (and it includes Hulu), home internet device from our phone service. It's all a big relief.

Easy setup and high quality viewing. The preinstalled apps are great and free tv via Samsung TV. Highly recommend it. My second Samsung TV - better than Sony.

Love this TV, it turns on immediately, has an awesome picture, getting used to remote, works great in bedroom however I moved it to kitchen as I seem to be in there more lately, lightweight and easy to move. On screen menu is awesome, Just a great TV period. I would highly recommend this TV!
