ran into this by accident shopping for other gifts. the price was so good, i bought it for my niece who i knew was collecting gift cards to save for a tv. i was the hero of christmas. the smart tv is the way to go, picture is excellent.

I purchased two for my mom as we have five (5) in our home and overall very happy. Two of our 5 are 65". I've replaced two within the last 2-4 years now my third one is going on the blink. The first one started getting white dots throughout the screen and more appeared, I replaced it with a new T.V. Within a year, a white line appeared, I replaced it. Two weeks ago I noticed a white line at the bottom of this screen plus a white dot on the line. It's not a huge distraction at this point however it's sad spending $2k and having a short life span. I may replace it with Sony when this one becomes annoying. The smaller T.V.'s have been great. Love the Samsung streaming app, good programs.

I was able to get this at a great bargain! The picture looks great. The tv size is perfect. The entire family loves it. I bought it for the family room but decided to keep it for myself.

I bought this TV for a guess bedroom. Perfect size for the small room. Reception is very good for a well priced TV. Easily downloaded the App for my cable provider without needing a Roku stick. Perfect for my needs.

Bought my this TV (40'') on Black Friday with a wall mount for my bedroom. I have another Samsung 48'' in my living room. GREAT picture, quality, value, and very easy to setup. Very happy with my purchase would defiantly recommend this TV.

Excellent TV for a second room. The picture is not as sharp as a QLED UltraHD but very good quality. Easy to get up and running and also very easy to wall mount. The price was excellent value.

This is a well displayed television that provides great picture quality and nice smart noise adaptation. The color and tint programming are spot on and the ability for this tv to have a shut off system is convenient.

I absolutely love the new Samsung - 40" Class 5 Series LED Full HD Smart Tizen TV that I recently purchased! The picture quality is excellent! One other feature I really like about it is the "Guide" button feature that allows me to view several channels at once as to the programs that are aired, which I can also forward/advance through for serval upcoming hours. I can scroll down and up through every channel I receive through my over the air antenna. It also provides me with a little bit of information and description as to what each program is about for every channel listed. I personally think this is a wonderful feature! I highly recommend this TV & believe the cost is worth the value! :)

Great TV for the price and purpose. All my TV's are Samsung throughout my house have a 65" that's 12 years old and still great picture. Number one choice for TV's for quality and longevity. No issues.

Picture quality is tremendous. The ease that it was to set up was also impressive. the sound quality with tv speaker is good. I fits well into the room with good viewing from any angle. Good purchase.

I have thoroughly enjoyed this tv. i have other, bigger more expensive TVs but this tv is every bit as good, user friendly and has casting functionality built in as well. couldn't be happier so far . have had for 3 weeks to date

I actually bought this TV to go in the Den for my grandchildren. The size is big enough to see all over the room. The smart tv capabilities makes it easy to watch anything from one central hub! It took me 10 mins to put together.

This was a fast purchase and very easy to install. This is my second Samsung that is Spectrum compatible. I didn't want to trouble to buy extra attachments so this comes cable ready to enjoy! The picture is crystal clear and the sound quality is solid for this little 40'er! I would recommend this purchase from Best Buy. I bought it online and it was ready within the hour to pick up from the store. Great service from all who helped in the selection of this television at the LaBrea Store!!!

Whenever you get a new tv there are issues setting it up. I called the store for help. No, has to be 42 inch or bigger, never mind I'm a total member. I spent mucho time on the phone with Samsung. After about 2 hrs I had added Peacock, Amazon, and Spectrum. Could have been so much easier. The TV is fine. I was looking for this size and the price was reduced.

The picture and audio are great. Easy setup as well. Comes with some great features - HD TV channels. The TV works with Alexa, mostly. Alexa can change the channel, volume and turn the TV off; cannot turn the TV on. Oh well.

I was a little hesitant to purchase this “open box” television, but was quickly put at ease by the quality when I opened the box. This television has a beautiful picture and is super easy to set up and use.

You're really not going to find better for a 40 inch tv at this price. It's got great sound, full smart tv capabilities and setup took maybe 5 minutes. I've had no quality issues or technical problems at all since getting the tv.
