The television was super easy to set up. I did it myself in the first attempt! The sound and picture are great.

I have had several Samsung TVs for the past 20 years and they last a very long time. The picture quality is excellent and the ease of connecting to wireless network made it even easier.

Great television and Great Price. My husband bought me this television as a surprise for my birthda. I am glad that I purchased the 40" Samsung TV because it fits perfectly over the doorway of my office/studio space, is out of the way, does not take up table or picture wall space-I'm glad that I did not get the 50". I bought the Tilt down and sideways bracket so that I can look up at it effortlessly from my desk as I work. And if I change my desk location, it can tilt to one side or the other. When installed, Geek Squad set it up quickly and it came with most of the apps that I need (I don't use many however). I did have to read the directions for how to use the remote control! My Vizio was slower to set up when Geek quad was trying to program it.

This is my first out right purchase of a television. I was not disappointed. I was afraid I would be overwhelmed by all the features, but was super easy to set up and use. The picture is crisp and Inlove it!!!

Perfect for what we needed. It's a little complex for my 7 yr olds since remote has a lag after pressing a selection but otherwise great picture.

I have no problems with the product. In fact it fits perfectly where we use it. The unit is working very well. As to the Geek Tech. - - Heather knows her stuff, and set up the TV very quickly and properly. MY PROBLEM IS WITH MY OTHER TV AND THE REMOTE SHE WAS TO SET UP FOR ME. She was rushed, and she got the tv working with the remote, BUT---- Whereas my old remote controlled the tv and the volume with outside speakers, now I have to push several buttons on the remote to go from sound to picture. When I push volume control, I get all sorts of messages on the screen telling me that I have to push the right button. Before, I used the remote without switching from receiver with outside speakers to tv pictures. She was in a hurry, and did not finish what she started. I wish she will come back and fix my new remote like the old one I had. It should not be that difficult a job when you know what you are doing. I just don't know how to fix it.

Perfect size for the room. Excellent picture and the sound is quite good. Easily hung on the wall (weighs just 15 pounds) using the Dynex fixed wall mount. Good price.

Love our new TV! Perfect size for our bedroom to fit on our tall dresser and still give us maximum picture. Beautiful picture, great sound and all the wonderful smart TN features. Great choice!
