Our new Samsun TV has beautiful clarity. The sound is great and the ease of use is just what we were looking for.

Excellent quality easy to set up and beautiful crisp picture and sound. Love this TV. Especially for size and price point.

The TV is good and it is a smart TV. Picture is good and smart features are also nice. It has a USB port where I was able to attached the wireless mouse dongle and was able to use the wireless bluetooth mouse for navigation. This TV also has an ethernet port which can be directly plugged in.

The Samsung TV has a nice picture and good color quality. Nice speakers and good sound for the room. Set up was not that difficult however signing into the apps was very time consuming. The "home" menu is very small and hard to see when selecting an app such as Hulu, etc. The remote is terrible and does not light up so it's so hard to use at nighttime. The TV also "freezes" or flat out doesn't work at least three times per week - we have to unplug it for 30 seconds and plug it back in. Then it's fine. A little disappointed since Samsung is supposed to be a higher end brand.

Perfect for what we needed. It's a little complex for my 7 yr olds since remote has a lag after pressing a selection but otherwise great picture.

Bought this for my father-in-law. He's getting on in years, and a little less mobile. I looked for something that was light-weight, easy to use, with excellent picture quality. This was a terrific value.

Very good color on the tv , it has a very easy set up. This is a great price for this tv . I would definitely purchase another tv like this one again. You can never go wrong with a Samsung product. It’s a product you can trust.

Very clear and crisp picture, needed to replace my TV and very glad i got this one.

First 40" Smart TV was defective. Picture kept going dark. As Preferred member & having 5 year warranty you agreed to replace it. I took a day off from work & new one was delivered but they refused to set it up and took back TV. I spoke to seven different people on phone with BB customer service & took another day off and again, only TV delivered. Spoke to five more people on BB customer service & took third day off & finally set up by Geek Squad. I was on the phone hours with Best Buy & Geek Squad customer service and nobody could help me have the replacement TV delivered and installed on the same day. My TV was defective yet I took three days off from work when it only needed to be one day. I believe being a Preferred Best Buy Customer, which I pay an annual fee for, gave me no additional benefits at all. Between taking extra days off from work, and being on the phone hours, many times waiting just to talk to an actual person, I'm very disappointed with your customer service. Not sure I'll buy from Best Buy again if it's going to be this much of a hassle.

Bought this for a friend who badly needed an upgraded TV. My minimum specs were 4K Smart TV under $300. This one filled the bill. Way better than his old one and for less than $300 a no brainer

I did my homework and this TV was the overall best value in the 40" class and even better was that Best Buy was $80 less than the same thing at Amazon. Very sharp picture, decent sound, and loaded with apps.

So happy for this purchase from Best Buy! I am partial to Samsung TVs, but am very happy with picture quality, sound and performance.

So far an excellent tv for my bedroom. Only wish the remote would light up so it would be easier to use at night!
