The only problem that I faced was that the TV was smarter than me! I have just begun to realize the full potential of the Samsung. The picture quality is outstanding. I am finding new ways to expand my TV enjoyment with old and new series and movies. I plan to add a sound bar because of the location that I placed the TV, but the Samsung can support a variety of devices.

Easy to set up, mom does not hear well and she does not have the volume set at 99 to hear this tv. It is working well for her.

Beautiful picture and good sound. Requires very quick 2 clicks (right arrow and then the button just to left of right arrow)to get to cable and regular cable channels. On-off and volume control is done with the Samsung remote and channel selections are done with the cable company remote

Great picture, speakers aren’t that great and I was going to hook up to my Beats headphones, come to find out my new “smart tv” isn’t Bluetooth enabled! Realized this one day past the return date :(

Very good sound volume, and excellent picture. Great value, we put this in our bedroom and are very happy with our purchase. Remote is a little harder than most to work, but we have finally got it figured out.

Very impressed with this TV. I purchased it for my 86yr old mother that enjoys watching the old TV shows. This TV has the capability to work with the local cable services , hence only needing ONE remote. Thank you for making her days happy and less frustrating.

Set was easy and painless. Very lightweight. being used in a child's bedroom so remote is easy to use and the wifi apps just what was needed.

We first bought a 49 “ and that was too big for our bedroom. And now that we have this 40” it’s the perfect size. Color is perfect.

This is now our 4th Samsung TV…others are in the bedroom, bathroom and home office. Over the years we have migrated to Samsung TVs because their picture is is unmatched and they have been consistently trouble free. We were looking for a new TV in our kitchen and when we compared this tv with competing models of the same size at a display in one of the local big box stores, this tv stood out head and shoulders above the others. It was demonstrably the best of the bunch.
