Samsung 40” smart TV

nice tv...buffering spectrum app

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this tv for my dad to hang on the wall to clear up space in a bedroom. overall the tv works great but i bought the tv to use the spectrum app so a cable box would not be needed. the spectrum app works but my dad has notice more buffering with app being used on the samsung tv than normal. my dad also has a roku device in the next room running the spectrum app that does not buffer. hopefully this problem can be fixed with an update down the road

Great TV for the price!

She's never had a smart TV and this is easy for her to use, I have yet to field one panicked call that she can't figure something out. Easy to navigate and intuitive. This was a pandemic purchase so I'm grateful to the associates at the Sierra Vista store for helping me get it in my car with little contact so we can all stay safe.

No noticeable reduction of picture quality as you move away from screen center and volume is quite adequate for a bedroom sized set.

Serves as my office monitor - Great price point

I have a HDMI video out from my desktop, and it connects easily to the monitor. Switching between inputs is a piece of cake too with the handy dandy remote. At the price point, I may buy another for our guest bedroom.
