I took this TV back!

Great picture, but I am not a big fan of the menu on searching for streaming services. It is full of Samsung options. I want to get to my local tv provider, Netflix, Disney without all the other fluff being pushed on the screen. Best Buy made it simple to purchase and bring it to my car. The quality and Best Buy service are why I am giving it four stars.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchase my Samsung tv about 3 weeks ago, and I think its ok the only bad experience I see is the volume is low at times then too high at times it seem like I always have to adjust the volume which is annoying at times. but I've had a Samsung tv before and it lasted a long time so i will just hold on to this one and the price for it was great.

Good Mid-Sized TV

Samsung isn’t good about updating to the latest version of an app. I use an Apple TV instead. As far as the quality of the picture, it’s very nice for a 1080p tv. I own a prior version of the 5200 model. The older version is thinner with smaller bezels. But was more expensive. For a bedroom or smaller room this tv is great as long as you are in front of the screen. Off axis image washes out quickly.

TV lost power 3 and 1/2 weeks after purchase

We also loved that it was our first smart TV with the ability to bring up the internet along with endless other viewing options. The price was extremely reasonable too! My family and I were totally satisfied with our purchase! THEN, yesterday evening while we were watching the news, the TV inexplicably totally lost power and nothing we tried to do would bring it back to life! Unlike today as we are getting the remnants of hurricane Ian, yesterday's weather was fine so that was not the problem. We boxed the TV up and made an appointment with the Geek Squad to return it to Best Buy tomorrow afternoon. We are VERY disappointed as we all LOVED this TV! We give it 2 stars simply because the picture is (was) so beautiful but the TV should certainly last longer than 3 & 1/2 weeks!
