Works great. Zero complaints. I would recommend SAMSUNG brand TVs as a go-to for any buyer. FYI. I would recommend adding a soundbar to ANY flat screen TV. Regardless of manufacturer. It is always a great improvment to sound quality.

Very easy to set up and it's the perfect size to sit on a dresser. The picture is great and the Smart feature is perfect for a smart house without cable or direct TV. I would buy the same set again if I need another TV. The sales staff was very helpful and store pick up was quick and easy!

(Danbury store 12/29/2020) Not only did he have to assist and help problem solve as I was sold an incompatible television to work along with HULU,he returned the television , and the next day brought the new one to me. I was able to share an skew number with him and purchase from my home ,therefore allowing him to obtain the next television the very next day . He installed it to the wall and set up was fantastic. Junior thought out of the box , took time to call SAMSUNG himself and through troubleshooting finally being told this SAMSUNG television was no longer aligned with HULU. Why the sales girl would not have known that or asked what we required from the product is now seen as a costly error. I had no idea that all products would not be compatible and most definitely relied on sales to inform of a correct purchase. Please share a big thank you to Junior from myself and my family

This smart TV has a wide variety of features along with excellent picture and audio quality. I was disappointed in this unit's "Quick Start" Guide. It seemed like it was just unboxing instructions, and did not supply enough information to quickly get the TV operational. Overall, this is an excellent TV for the price. However, you should plan on thoroughly reading over the operating manual before you begin the set up process for the television.
