Purchased this device, as have ownership and experience with Samsung. Currently using the device as a monitor for CCTV purposes. Mounted on wall in den to have security cameras on view at all times.

Has top streaming sites already installed though. Speaker sound could be better. Great TV for price for Cable/Antenna viewing, would have given a five star rating if wasn't for just basic Smart TV features.

Thank you for reaching out. Please know you can absolutely add apps that are not pre-loaded to the Home Screen. To do so, please follow the below instructions:
1. From the Home screen, navigate to Apps and then select the desired app.
2. You can also select Search on the left side of the screen to search for a specific app if you can’t find the app you want. Enter the name of the app you’d like to search for, then select it when it appears.
3. Select Install. When the installation is complete, the Open menu appears.
4. Select Open to run the app immediately
To improve your sound, try different Sound Modes (Standard, Optimized, Amplify), or fine-tune your setup in Expert Settings under: Settings > All Settings > Sound
Samsung Q- and S-Series Soundbars with Q-Symphony can also pair with your TV for enhanced audio.

Samsung has always been a great brand. I was a bit concerned that it would be hard for her to find her way around. After I set it up and creayed her a samsung account it was very simple. Nice picture, crazy low price. Perfect for her who didn't want any frills.

The remote is easy to use and the picture on the TV is crisp and vibrant. The TV was purchased during a big sale so the price was great!
