Definite upgrade, however, the remote should be backlit. Very difficult to use it in low light. However, the remote is simple to use. Setting up was very easy, and color is beautiful.

I bought an open box and didn't realize the remote wasn't fully operable, so that is a bummer. That being said , everything else is great!

I am Samsung all the way and Beat Buy all the way!! The tv is perfect size very clear picture easy to navigate and easy set up. I recommend this particular tv and highly recommend Best Buy!!
