    TV is great. I mostly use for background noise to fall asleep. However. The remote is terrible. Too many buttons, options, steps to turn in timer.

      Hi MarkZ,

      Thank you for sharing your experience with your F6000F TV. Learn TV Remote is a feature designed to help users become familiar with the layout and function of each button on the Samsung remote. When enabled, pressing any button (except the Power button, which will still turn off the TV) will prompt the TV to announce the button’s name and its purpose, without affecting TV operation.

      This teaching mode is especially useful for users who are visually impaired or new to Samsung remotes. To enable this feature, go to: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Learn TV Remote. To exit, simply press the Return key twice.

To start, we recommend making sure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates can include improvements to sound performance: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update

      If volume levels still seem too low, you can improve sound performance by adjusting a few key settings:

      Sound Mode: Navigate to: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Sound Mode

      Auto Volume: This feature helps maintain consistent volume levels across content and input sources. Turn it on under: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On

      You can also explore Expert Settings to fine-tune sound output with adjustments for Balance, Equalizer, and more.

    Slow and Frustrating to Set Up.

    First, I usually I only buy Samsung TVs. Have 6 currently between 2 houses. First nitpick is it’s very thick. Wanted to mount it on the wall but it stuck out so far it blocked the door from closing. Second, I spent over an hour just trying to set it up. Waited and waited for it to download my apps from my Samsung account. Got a spinning wheel for 30 minutes with no progress bar so I couldn’t tell if hung up or was just sloooow - have 600 mb internet. Finally had to turn it off to get out of the download. Restarted it and opted to download individual apps myself. First one was YouTube TV. Got the Google sign in and was given a code to confirm that was to appear on the TV. Never came - tried numerous times. After that, I gave up and packed it back up. Going back to BB tomorrow. Worst tv setup I’ve ever experienced.

    Beautiful tv but within the first month the picture turned green. I purchased the warranty so I'm keeping an eye on the issue. It's only happened once.

To determine whether the issue is related to the TV itself, we recommend running a Picture Test, which displays a high-definition test image for you to examine.     I bought this for my wife, due to the older one that I bought in 2016 got knock off the tv station accidently.

    I would recommend this to a friend
