    I recently bought a 40 inch tv and i am very happy with my purchase. I went there looking for a tv and one of the employees waa quick to ask me if i needed any help. He helped by explaining some features of the tv i was interested in and help me purchase it.

    We returned this TV. Remote was very slow to respond compared to the other Samsung TVs we own. It was just not worth having it after the great experiences on our other Samsung TV's

      We appreciate your feedback regarding remote performance. If your F6000F TV is responding slowly or inconsistently to the remote, try the following steps:

      1. Re-pair the remote – Stand within 1 foot of your TV and press Return and Play/Pause simultaneously for at least 5 seconds. A message should appear confirming it's connected.
      2. Change the batteries.
      4. Update your TV’s firmware – Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
      5. Run Device Care to clear memory and close background apps that may slow performance: Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

    The TV seems fine. The only drawback is that the mounting brackets to allow the TV to stand are not easy to install. They could have been much simpler. Dumb design.

    Should have bought it first instead of poor quality Hisense tv. Lost $$ on worthless Hisense as it quit after only a few months.
