Samsung 40’ TV have good picture quality but show response. Remote control can be a lot better. Good quality for the price

Easy setup, clear picture. Works well. Wish it defaulted to the last option used on home screen automatically, but not hard to select it (our last Samsung did this).

First time buying a Samsung TV. Needed a smaller TV for the room. This was the perfect size. The picture is excellent for the price. Excellent sound. My beef is with the remote and the Home Screen. The remote is cluttered and crammed with a host of buttons. With no backlit options, forget about finding the correct button at night. The Home Screen is the same story. Cluttered and crammed with a plethora of options such as apps, menu options, sub menus, etc. I wish the screen and remote were a bit more intuitive and simpler.

Sweet big screen - a little heavy but a great picture and color

The 40" Samsung TV was a great purchase. The setup was very easy and the picture display is sharp, colorful, and clear.

The TV works as advertised and does what I need it to do....but slowly. It was cheap, on sale and I used rewards. The description says it's a 2025 but the processor inside feels like 2010. At times you have to wait a little extra bit for an app to load or operate. Sound is typical for this size TV, loud enough to hear. Other than that, like I said, it does the job with a nice full HD picture.

Lovely picture and sound and the price was right and the Smart features work seamlessly.

I bought a Samsung Smart TV from Best Buy, amazing picture and sound. I thought I was in the movies watching Black Panther. The sound is amazing. I would recommend to my family and friend looking for a television.

This television was purchased because my mom who is deaf in one ear needs closed captions and they stopped working on her old television. It was easy to set up, and the captions are easy for her to read. My husband also blue toothed a Bose speaker behind her to make it easier to hear. All in all, it was a very good value for the money.

I had been looking for a new TV and this was perfect for my needs. There isn’t anything I would say about this purchase that was negative. The price was the best I found for this TV. And they shipped it right out. The features were easy to use and I was able to update the Netflix and Prime Video. I use it as my main source for watching TV.

ok, do not like the way it comes on, takes a full minute to go to full screen; menu is hard to navigate; sound is good, not great. Color is very good.

We bought this as a Christmas gift for my Mom to replace her old TV. She needed something bigger, brighter and clearer as her eyesight is declining and this is working well for her. BB Geek Squad had it set up in what seemed like 10 seconds, starts quickly, sound volume is excellent and is clear. Great purchase especially as they were on sale.

So far so good! Nice pictures, quick response, easily use, compatible with smart thing and fair price. I think it is a well fit in bed room .

Great product and great price. I use best buy for most all purchases as they have the best electronics available and very good prices on everything I'm looking for. I could have bought the same size flatscreen TV a little cheaper but samsung tvs have always been the best for me. Best picture and features as always and best durability! I know as I have had other brands. Never a problem or failure with samsung.
