I bought an open box and didn't realize the remote wasn't fully operable, so that is a bummer. That being said , everything else is great!

A quick install from the BEST BUY GEEK SQUAD!! Bravo guys!! Job well done, BEST BUY!!

Definite upgrade, however, the remote should be backlit. Very difficult to use it in low light. However, the remote is simple to use. Setting up was very easy, and color is beautiful.

Best Buy sales personal were very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. I would totally recommend it to all my friends
