Great picture and feature set

The picture is incredible on this set and very easy to set up. The smart apps are actually well thought out and work much better then the older smart tvs do. Would certainly recommend this model.

Black Lines Develop

Apparently pixels have gone bad.Returned it to Samsung for the cost of $30.00 shipping. They repaired it and a few months after getting second TV, the same thing happened. Returned it again for the cost of $30.00 shipping. Waiting for the TV to return. Would not buy this product again. Customer service at 1800samsung is difficult to work with. Do Not Buy!
