If you do not submit the info, then you can not view 4K. REALLY!!!!

Very happy with the improved picture and audio and with the fact that it weighs less than half the weight of our old TV. Surfing through Netflix is so much faster as are other SMART TV functions. Very happy with the features for the price, especially considering that we were able to get price adjustments for an additional $100 off what we paid!

I have three Samsung TVs, a Samsung refrigerator, a Samsung microwave and a Samsung cell phone. My most recent purchase was made on Cyber Monday. It was a 42" 4K UHD TV for my office. It has a wonderful picture and sound. No sound bar needed! The only thing that I was disappointed about is the remote control. It came with the standard remote rather than the smart remote so I'm only rating it 4 stars. The online manuals all show the current smart remotes with this TV so I was a bit surprised when I opened the box and this is what I got. The smart remotes are much nicer and there is one now which even has voice commands. The remote that came with this TV is a bit cheesy so I will probably use my X1 Xfinity remote for now and hide this one and try to forget that I even have it. Wonder if I can order the smart remote for use with this TV?!

It seems like it is a problem with the TV, as our other TV does not have these problems.
