    Flat screens are terrible.

    What a racket with these flat screen tv's. Have to crank the volume up to 60 or so just to get moderate volume whereas with my old tv, I would raise the volume to 20 or 25. Of course, then they sell speakers so as to compensate for this shabby product, which translates into spending more money.

    1. I got it at 327.99, but they didn't give me price match at 299.99 (the price before the thanksgiving and during the black friday and cyber monday). I am not satisfied. 2. only 30fps refresh rate, it sacrifices the refresh rate for the picture quality.

    First I bought the Samsung 40 1080. Set it up. Worked once with internet and then bounced out and never worked. Returned it and even the salesman said people keep returning them. Bought an upgrade UHDV 40. Same issue. Had to pay both times to a tech to set it up. Finally PAID an att technician. It is a problem with Samsung TVs. In setting it up with Att and maybe other severs. After. Three techs. I hope it works now. Best Buy should inform you there is a problem with samsung

    I bought last Saturday . I got it on time, easy set up but after 20 m turn off and this the end I called BB service but we couldn't fixed. I returned to BB thank you guys for help me I got other brand so far so good

    I purchased this TV but left it in the box for five months. When I took it out of the box the TV would not turn on. Samsung would not honor their year warranty. Since then I have purchased two LG TV’s and will never buy Samsung products again.

    I’ve owned this tv for about 12 hours and it’s already dead and will not turn on. I’m very disappointed and I hope after returning this my second one will work.

    Remote doesn't work... Lots of evidence of this occurrence on line with this particular model. Samsung tech claimed I had the wrong remote so I bought the one they told me. It doesn't work either. The set is defective and so were a lot of others per on-line posts. Crap!

    I am also a victim of the 2017 "bad batch" black friday sale. Top of the screen developed a brownish line which is pretty noticeable. This was about 2 years ago and they said it was out of warranty and I should buy a new TV. Also I am trying to download HBO Max, but there is not enough internal storage space for this app. I'm unable to delete obsolete apps like HGTV from the TV thus I can't make enough space for the HBO app. Horrible experience and won't be buying any more Samsung TVs.

    I was so exicted when I received TV. Picture and sound were nice. But it would not pick up on wireless. Only once during setup and never again. I talked to Best Buy and they said it was probably vchip. Took it in and they could not connect. I ordered the same one and waited a week. Guess what??..same ** problem. Really Samsung!!!! Will be returning permanently and trying a different tv, probably not Samsung. Sucks

    Bought this 2 months ago. It was a fine TV and then it started getting darker and lighter...no rhyme or reason for the color change. I could almost deal with that, but now the sound started "crackling" and it just keeps popping during my shows. So, I am frustrated as I missed the deadline for warranty by 4 days!

    Bought 37" Insigna 10 years ago. Best picture ever. It went out this weekend. Bought this tv and hated it the minute I turned it on. Faded washed out color. The picture is far from HD, it is cloudy. Taking itback.

    this tv is not worth a bit. it caught on fire and burned the screen and luckily I was there to unplug it. Then when I contacted Samsung to get satisfaction they did nothing, I would buy a sony tv from now on no matter the cost. Samsung is a cheap piece of junk

    backlight unit blinks, bad customer service

    After 6 months, the center of screen was noticeably darker than other areas. After 15 months, the backlight unit around the center blinks like an old fluorescent lamp. Customer service was BAD.
