This Samsung 4K TV has great resolution. The sound is not bad either.

Apparently my TV was also part of the bad batch of Black Friday 2017 sales for Samsung TVs. The motherboard blew after only 3 months. And when a technician came out to look at it we also found an internal crack, which Samsung will not repair. Sidenote: the tech was nice and knowledgeable but he was being rather rough with my tv and putting it screen-down onto bad surfaces which concerned me, I had to suggest putting it down on microplush blankets (that I used to setup it up etc.) so it wouldn't scratch. I don't believe that the crack happened then but I really disliked how that went down. Dealing with their repair center is a nightmare, whoever answers the phone is so rude (drops calls after saying what he wants to, deciding your repair without asking if thats a good timeframe for you and had to be reminded that I didn't need a fridge repaired). Plus they had the info for my TV wrong, the tech was even concerned about that. So the TV is junk now. Customer service is subpar and their network seems to be disorganized, I registered my product with them when I got but their records were all wrong, warranty was "unavailable" etc. The TV itself was good for the time it lasted besides knocking itself off the wifi constantly and having to reload apps multiple times to get it to work, checked with similar devices this was squarely the TVs problem. Interface is mostly good besides those bugs. Picture quality was pretty good but the screen had a natural haze to it that made darker scenes look off even after optimizing the settings. I've since replaced this TV with an LG of the same model category and have gotten a much crisper picture, even with 4k blu-rays run on the same 4k blu-ray player. The TV was easy to install and fit in our existing stand. Great size for our LR. Sound quality and picture are much improved over the 2 1/2 year old Magnavox it replaced. I appreciate the TV Listings it gives with antenna use.

Samsung tv’s are a no brainer. They always work well out of the box.

I love Samsung anything. I have Samsung tvs, phones, and appliances. I have a Sony smart TV that runs on Android and I would love to see a Samsung TV with the Android OS. Highly unlikely but would be perfect.

This Samsung television is just the right size and a great upgrade to our 10+ year old first flat screen! The most current HD picture made the watching the olympics almost like being there! Great purchase for our viewing needs!

I looked at a number of tv's in this specific size. This was the best brand, picture, sound, setup, extras. Have them in 2 different rooms. Everything works; great picture; no concerns.

Purchased this TV as an upgrade for my college-aged son. He absolutely loves it! Perfect size for gaming and streaming his favorite shows. The picture is super vivid and the sound is great. Very pleased with this purchase!
