Poor "Out of Box" Experience
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was skeptical about purchasing an "out of box" model, but after I talked to the Best Buy salesman on the phone, she assured me that the model was in "excellent" condition and would contain everything a new model would. Unfortunately, she was mistaken because the box that arrived at my home today was missing all the hardware needed to mount the sound bar on the wall. I ended up having to drive to their most local store to return the unit (an hour and a half round trip) and received a wopping $30 discount that hardly covered my gas on my way home for a "never been opened" unit that will again be delivered to me. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed in Best Buy and am hoping the new model will alleviate some of my frustration.
