Good tv, but don't buy if you really plan on using the smart apps. Apps often take long to load and or the picture quality is bad.

Takes about 2 minutes for TV to “prepare” itself before I can use any of the smart features. I rarely use any of the TV apps because they always crash.

The TV is good with the exception of the smart features. It does not stay connected to internet effectively.

The tv was ok, but the connection with the remote was not great. I returned it and got a Sony like I had previously.

I've had for over 6 months, it restarts on its own, takes forever to connect to the internet. Geek Squad and Samsung do not help. Samsung rep stated it was a low grade model so it is not made as well as other Samsungs. I bought an Insignia TV for bedroom, same size and it works BETTER. I do not recommend this model of Samsung, spend less and go for Insignia.

Having issues with it I may not buy TVs from you guys anymore I think you sold me a refurbished TV set.

Web service was slow and even with technical support the web tv download of sling tv not accessible

Old system finally gave out, replaced with same brand name. Should get another 5 years

Basic HDTV. Nothing really special. Gets the job done. You get what you pay for.

This was a gift and has yet to be opened/used. My review is totally arbitrary.

The TV looked great but when I started using it, it was slow! I returned it a week afterward because it was just not what I was looking for. Otherwise, the sound and quality was good.

Decent TV for a bedroom. Nothing special but good buy.

Good Value but has oldOS not Tizen. Limits app use

Power pack went out in this bad boy, we had it as a bed room tv. Used it for 2- 3 hours a day. Sound on it is very quiet.

Bought this based on high ratings. Ordered online and received via UPS Upon arrival I was suspicious that it was previously returned to Best Buy as the packing tape didn't seem to be factory quality. Anyway, after installing the stand and and making the necessary connections, it simply did not turn on. I went through trouble shooting steps in manual, then called Samsung customer support who could not solve the problem. Will be returning it tomorrow.

Been having trouble getting it to turn on for about a month. Now it won't turn on at all. Watched a couple youtube videos on how to make easy repairs(unplug tv, pull batteries out of remote) and nothing works. I bought the tv one year ago and rarely use it. What a Piece of crap. So disappointed in this Samsung as I have a 52 Inch Samsung that has worked great since 2010.

This TV does not have a very bright picture. Returned it and upgraded to a 8 series Samsung.

If at all possible spend a little more money and get a better TV. You have to watch this set head on. If you are at any kind of an angle the color drastically fades.

Bought this tv on Black Friday. Replaced old Samsung 40". Was worried about sound on these new tvs that everyone says you have to buy sound bars for. Picture gorgeous out of box, the rest had to be fiddled with. Initially disappointed in sound until I turned on Dolby, etc. Out of box we were turning up to 48 just to hear across room. Now down to mid 20s. If you want something to shake your room you will have to go to theater, but is everything you need for home. Like that it can even out voice over background and some of other features. Only real disappointment was slooow speed of apps and channel set up. Navigating set up took lot longer than anything I have ever used. And switching inputs with remote is a bit unresponsive, as others have reviewed. If they would fix that would be great. Slow apps are only reason was a 4 star not 5. Moral of story, yes, you must be as smart as the smart tv today. Wish I had bought the 50"
