They love it! Clear picture. Great sound. Easy to use.

I did a lot of research on 4K tv’s before I purchased this TV . The picture is Amazing , This tv also had 3 HDMI ports I also purchased the 4K hdmi cable as it was recommended by the store employee. Samsung makes an extremely fantastic product , i cannot brag enough on this tv . I would definitely recommend this Tv to anyone .

I purchased 2 of these as Christmas presents for my 2 sons to use in their bedrooms. Typical Samsung features and quality. Great size for viewing from their beds. I did a bunch of research and this allowed for integration with a 4K gaming system or a PC in the future. This model gets great reviews at this size and price point.

I wanted a quality brand and Samsung hasn't failed me yet. Great picture, sound is fine for my bedroom. Assembly is easy. If I had to nit pick, I'm not terribly fond of the "Smart TV" interface. Nothing really wrong with it, just me. Even with that said, I'd buy this same tv over again without reservation.

We had been looking for a new TV for a while, and when we saw it on sale with good reviews, we made our purchase. Being cord cutters, it was very easy to set up with our WiFi and we were streaming Netflix within an hour. Picture is nice and sharp. Good from any angle in our living room. Money well spent.

This is a great TV and makes an excellent computer monitor on my desk.

Previous reviews indicated this was a good quality tv at a really good price. We are not disappointed. The set up was intuitive, the picture and sound are great. The order online/store pick up was terrific, as were all the staff that assisted us. Very pleased with this transaction.

This is the second Samsung and 1st smart tv we have owned. Picture is outstanding, speakers fair, but most people have a sound system. Took a while to learn but once you know where everything is or how to lookup things, or trouble shoot....but once you understand The this easy.

Went to purchase this TV and almost got scared away when salesperson told me it wasn’t the best tv!!! Then I realized he probably just wanted me to buy a more expensive tv!! This tv has the sharpest picture ever!! It’s like you are right there... So glad I chose this tv!!!

For the price, this is a great TV. Great picture quality, incredibly easy to set up and navigate.

This our second Samsung TV and we are very impressed by the picture and craftsmanship. We never had a smart product before so it took some getting used to. It is a very nice TV, and I would recommend it.

I just thought it was good but it look really good in 4K I going to buy one more

I "was" very happy with this TV - beautiful, crisp picture and easy to navigate through menus, etc. I felt confident with my purchase. However, 60 days in, a strange burning smell began emanating from the tv. It got so bad, that it made us all start to cough, so I had to unplug it. When I tried to call my local Best Buy to take it in for a possible refund/exchange/inspection, I was told "there's nothing we can do" (since I didn't originally have enough money to purchase the additional $60 protection package), and that I needed to contact Samsung. It took me a very long time to save money for this tv, and after spending $400 (cash) with Best Buy, I was not impressed with the customer service, unfortunately. Now I'm trying to coordinate having a Samsung tech to come to the apartment in order to see what can be done. I'm hoping to be able to watch tv in my home again soon :(

This is a great tv, not really a bad thing to say about it. I think the fairer I enjoy the most is the autodimming, making it very easy to watch at night. The colors are great, the sound is great, heck even the user interface is intuitive and quick.

I bought this TV for my son after his first one went out and the geek squad protection plan made it so that we could get this one with no difference paid. Great deal and great plan. He loves it. The picture quality is amazing.

So far it's a great tv. Picture quality is really nice and navigating the tv is easy
