Not user friendly!

Way to many badly marked buttons. And not fluid to find channels and apps. Sound isn't the best either. Would not buy again.

I own a comparable LG but find this superior in terms of brightness and usability. The remote handles all the functions easily.

I bought an antenna to get local news channels. TV streams air play from iPhones very easily. Streaming works fast with Netflix, Hulu and amazon.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just purchased this tv and within a week I was having the same issues as others, but luckily this happened sooner than later. The tv would randomly turn off and within a week would have this distorted blue-ish screen come on when I turned it on. I unplugged the tv and that would fix it until I turned it on again later and would have the same issue. The software was up to date as I just installed it, and resetting everything still didn’t fix the issues. I called Samsung and takes 1-2 days before an authorized repair person will call to schedule. I called them (repair co.) and they said there is an issue with this series and will be a while before they can come diagnose/fix. I returned both of my new 43” and 55” televisions. I didn’t want to chance the 55” having the same issue since it was still the same model series. I’ve been loyal to Samsung and have never had issues. Samsung says they’re not aware of this problem, but respond to reviews reporting the same problems I had. Unfortunately, options for good televisions aren’t available as they’re sold out or not making due to Coronavirus closures. I thought I did my research, but Samsung failed me for the first time.
