    We have purchased 2 of these pieces of junk. They never stay connected to the internet which makes it really hard to stream anything or screen mirror. I have 2 other tvs in the house which never have problems because our internet is really fast. The Samsungs literally just disconnect themselves and buffer all the time. One is actually worse than the other. I have called Samsung a number of times and they run me through time consuming test and then say nothing is wrong:( That’s a lot of money wasted and I am stuck with these things. My roku tv and amazon fire tv both stream amazingly. Will not buy Samsung again!

      I’m sorry to hear that your Samsung TU7000 TV did not meet your expectations. This is not the quality we expect from our products.

      If you are experiencing issues with the WiFi connection, we suggest you try the following:
      1. Use 5Ghz Wi-Fi if possible
      2. Try wired LAN if available
      3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router

      Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV.

      Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update. You may want to enable automatic updates for conveniences. Go to Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

    Don’t purchase!

    I just purchased this tv and within a week I was having the same issues as others, but luckily this happened sooner than later. The tv would randomly turn off and within a week would have this distorted blue-ish screen come on when I turned it on. I unplugged the tv and that would fix it until I turned it on again later and would have the same issue. The software was up to date as I just installed it, and resetting everything still didn’t fix the issues. I called Samsung and takes 1-2 days before an authorized repair person will call to schedule. I called them (repair co.) and they said there is an issue with this series and will be a while before they can come diagnose/fix. I returned both of my new 43” and 55” televisions. I didn’t want to chance the 55” having the same issue since it was still the same model series. I’ve been loyal to Samsung and have never had issues. Samsung says they’re not aware of this problem, but respond to reviews reporting the same problems I had. Unfortunately, options for good televisions aren’t available as they’re sold out or not making due to Coronavirus closures. I thought I did my research, but Samsung failed me for the first time.

    Today October 8th, 2023, the tv screen broke; I purchased this in May 2023 and it’s already broken. The last few TVs I purchased (all from Best Buy), the screens break so easily. The previous tv I bought I purchased it with a warranty plan and I couldn’t even use it to get the tv repaired. I am so disappointed in the TVs I’ve purchased, very easily broken.

    This is the best smart tv I have and I love the applications like Netflix, Hulu and Amazon prime that I can just logged in my account with having to buy Amazon sticks or Roku.

    Got it for the hubby for his bday. He was looking for a tv to add behind the bar. It did the trick. He loves it. No issues with the tv performs as stated. 100% recommend.

    For a small beach cottage, I chose this tv to not “dominate” the room. Worked as intended, Samsung one connect made mounting more difficult than expected.
