Don’t waste your money!

They never stay connected to the internet which makes it really hard to stream anything or screen mirror. I have 2 other tvs in the house which never have problems because our internet is really fast. The Samsungs literally just disconnect themselves and buffer all the time. One is actually worse than the other. I have called Samsung a number of times and they run me through time consuming test and then say nothing is wrong:( That’s a lot of money wasted and I am stuck with these things. My roku tv and amazon fire tv both stream amazingly. Will not buy Samsung again!

I’m sorry to hear that your Samsung TU7000 TV did not meet your expectations. This is not the quality we expect from our products.
If you are experiencing issues with the WiFi connection, we suggest you try the following:
1. Use 5Ghz Wi-Fi if possible
2. Try wired LAN if available
3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router
Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV.
Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update. You may want to enable automatic updates for conveniences. Go to Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

I purchased this tv for a spare bedroom, so I wasn’t planning on going top of the line. You can defiantly see the difference between this and the Samsung Q series tvs, that this is the budget line. First issue, the stand. They decided to make them on either side rather than in the middle. With how far they stick out, you can’t flush fit a sound bar on the smaller sized tvs. Second issue, which applies to all new “smart” tvs, is the “sponsored” content that can’t be removed. Essentially, it’s just advertising and is incredibly annoying.

The last few TVs I purchased (all from Best Buy), the screens break so easily. The previous tv I bought I purchased it with a warranty plan and I couldn’t even use it to get the tv repaired. I am so disappointed in the TVs I’ve purchased, very easily broken.
