Mighty:
If you've switched on your TV and the sound comes through fine, but you're not seeing any picture; there are 3 potential issues.
1) A connection issue; the most common problem. Where there is a bad connection, faulty cables or improper installation. 2) An issue with the device connected to the TV. There may be a video output setting on the device that you must set properly before it will output to the TV. 3) There is something wrong with the TV, which will require a technician to assess the TV and find a solution.

Great picture, great sound and its light weight for a tv of it size. The smart capabilities are a bonus if you don't have too may systems or devices hooked to it. The screen size is perfect for a smaller apartment with a good price.

My old Samsung suddenly gave out on me. I like Samsung products and found this TV. Great picture, is lightweight and not too big. Best Buy had it at a competitive price. Ordered on line and used the pick-up feature. Pulled up, someone loaded it in my car for me. I'm happy with it and Best Buy customer service.

I bought this for a replacement TV in my bedroom. This TV has surprisingly excellent picture and sound quality. There are also useful smart features, including dozens of Samsung TV channels. Easy set up, navigation, and operation.

The words "you get what you pay for" couldn't be more true. The TV is great for it's discount price. Yet, it has some issues. I should note that i've purchased 2 of these TV's for my family as a Xmas gift. Only tested one of the TV's and not the other atm.
Pros:
-Great picture. With tons of options, I was able to make this TV visuals look a bit better and trying to get that "OLED look" even though it's nearly impossible. Still looks great for watching movies, TV, and gaming too.
-Great size. This was perfect size for my parents and my sister room.
-Super easy to assemble the stands. Just plug it in and bam well secured.
The cons... boy there are 2 major flaws. I should note that i've only tested one of the TV's. Won't be using both TV's until Christmas.
-Software... it's laggy... and it's a mess. In the beginning, the TV was unable to even load it's own terms and service to use it's online features because the severs are "down". Yikes... can't tell if it's a legit issue or bad internet in that time. Yet my internet works fine. Well see if this occurs again by Xmas!
The lag in the software get pretty annoying and sometimes unresponsive. This was especially when it comes to turning on the TV and turning it off.
Also, for some odd reason, the TV couldn't detect 2 HDMI cables I had... for both my Xbox One X and my Spectrum TV. Took a while to play around the cables and eventually, it finally worked. So.. don't expect the TV to automatically detect your console/TV unless you're lucky. I still don't know why it was having trouble detecting my systems to begin with.
-Sound... imo, it's decent, but for once I recommend getting a speaker bar for the movie experience.
CONCLUSION:
I've only tested one of the TV's when I picked it up from BB. Haven't checked my 2nd TV. Both TV's look nice and no damage, scratches, etc.
Overall, for entry to 4K or looking for a budget friendly gift for your family, I still recommend this TV. But... if you can go a little more $$$$, I recommend a better quality TV.
Personal Opinion: For this quality, honestly, I wouldn't spend $400 or above for this specific model. The laggy software, decent speakers, and unable to find my 2 HDMI devices is enough to convince me that this TV is only worth around $200 at best. If you want the same model in a bigger size and more expensive (50-70 inches which it offers), I would NOT recommend buying this model and at best, look for another better model or another brand. But for the size of this TV and it's price, it's worth it imo.
Also from looking at other views here, warranty for this TV is a MUST imo. You never know if these TV's will be dead on arrival, or later on.
Will be updating this on Christmas week!

The tv sets up very easily no tools required for installing the stand legs. Very lightweight for the size of the tv. It is quite a bit thicker than the higher model Samsung televisions I have. I can’t detect any performance differences between this model and the upgraded models. I don’t like the fact that it has several smart apps that cannot be removed and they do use internal storage and appear to use some processor speed in the background. When I run the system maintenance it temporarily reduces the load that the unused apps create.

Clear picture, lightweight, easy to set up. Only complaint is the sound. I'm not sure if it's the streaming apps/shows or the TV, but there are times when I have to have the volume way up to hear.

The TV has a nice form factor, very light, very thin bezels, and looks very nice. The picture itself is quite good, very bight, nice colors. What kills this TV is the software, it uses Samsung's Tizen OS, which is beyond horrible. Shocking a company would release a TV with software this bad. If you plan to use the streaming apps you should budget in a Roku or AppleTV because their Smart TV is practically unusable. The interface is SO slow, you push a button and wait. The remote is poorly laid out and has way too many buttons and I frequently am hitting the wrong one by accident. The app remote is completely useless as well and very badly designed. The TV is way too slow to keep up with it and doesn't even have a keyboard function, so plan to spend quite some time entering all your passwords.
The TV is supposed to support AirPlay but that doesn't work at all. I called their tech support and they couldn't get it working either. Also the audio on this is pretty lousy. Not that TV audio is that great anyway, but this sounds very muffled.
Overall for the price the picture isn't bad, but I would only recommend buying this TV if you plan to use it with a cable box or your own streaming box and if you get a external speakers for it, otherwise you will be very disappointed. I'll probably return it and get a TV with a Roku built in for the same price instead of spending the extra money on having to get my own Roku or Apple TV to compensate for their software.

The Samsung Crystal UHD TV is an excellent investment. It's cheap and it delivers. The sound, picture quality are top notch. The user interface is subpar because Samsung has a problem of not making the user face for their TVs user friendly. The controller is also not user friendly either. They should aim to make their controllers like the Roku controller where you don't have to look down to know what button to press. Overall, I am a fan of Samsung, despite the flaws. I love this TV since the first day I set it up.

Great TV, But Acts A Little Wonky

I love this TV and I got it for a great price almost one year ago. The only problem that I have with it is it started acting up a few months ago. Like when I try to pick an app to use, I click the arrow button to move right and it’ll start moving on its own. It’s horrible when I use the DVR because it will play and rewind at random or if I set to rewind at the first or second speed, it’ll go straight to lightning speed without me touching it. Basically the TV has a mind of its own and it’s really annoying. I should’ve called Best Buy to see if they could fix it, but I didn’t feel like dealing with it, so now I have a TV that does what it wants.

This is a great TV for the price and offers many different smart features, including many different apps and settings. You’re not going to get the same picture quality as you would with on an OLED (best picture quality in a TV), which is obvious for TV fanatics and enthusiasts; however, this is a cheaper, great quality alternative.

This is a wonderful TV. The images are crystal clear, the sound is great, and I love the many built in apps. I especially love that it instantly knows when I hook up something via HDMI and and sets up the device on its own. It is a great TV especially for the price. I highly recommend it.

I am very satisfied with the television I purchased. The picture is Crystal clear and the set is very easy to operate. I ordered it online and picked it up an hour after purchase. Very easy and the staff member who carried it out to my car was very professional. I will definitely buy a Samsung television from your store when I need to replace one. I will share my satisfaction of your store with friends and family.

This TV gets the job done, but the user interface is complicated. The important thing is the picture. It's 43", so you really can't see the 4K, so that's not much of a selling point. But the picture really looks nice. The off-angle viewing is decent. You lose a little color if you move to the side at wide angles. I absolutely love how once you plug in a device via HDMI that the TV identifies it and allows you to control it with your remote. From a Roku to DirecTV to an Xbox, it controls it all. Amazing benefit! The user interface is not user-friendly though. You have a slight lag to each button push, so it's easy to overshoot what you wish to click on. Also, you have to do a lot of scrolling. The remote isn't really used to it's full potential. There are buttons on there you may rarely use or not use at all. There is no dedicated Sleep button which sucks because it literally takes about 20 seconds to navigate and select the Sleep option. The number of apps that this smart TV offers is not huge either. You get enough to get by, but not nearly like a Fire Stick, TiVo 4K, or what a Roku offers. The Guide does a great job of integrating live TV from your antenna with web TV. Overall, I really like this TV and will consider a larger Samsung next year (I didn't like the models over 50" this year. The technology seems to be the same as the 2019 models). If they can update the menus then we could have a winner.
