It arrived with a cracked screen. I highly recommend that if you’re purchasing this that you do so in store. The exchange process was easy but it still defeated the purpose of online shopping. Other than that, the quality of the tv is great and the smart features are the best part.

It is only one week old, but we are having all sorts of technical issues. Once or twice when we turned it on, we got a fuzzy blue screen. This kept happening for a while until it magically stopped and went back to normal. The biggest issue, however, is the sound. It is entirely inconsistent, sometimes we need the volume at 7 or 8 and then other times we will need it at 25 for the same exact show! You can imagine how frustrating that can be. Especially if you are watching it at 20 and then all the sudden the sound picks back up and is blaring. We have a newborn so the sound control is particularly a nuisance. Furthermore, is that an indication that the sound is going to go altogether? May need to look into buying a sound bar.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your TU7000 TV.
The inconsistent sound issue is possibly caused by the source.
Try auto volume by going to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume, and turn it on.
Please make sure that your TV is updated to the latest firmware to avoid color glitch.
