Love picture and sound quality

Overall its an improvement, Love picture and sound quality/options. However I was stunned when I realized there was no voice control option on the remote. I have to voice control the unit via alexa. Also when switching sources I am unable to see or tell if I'm logged out of apps before being connected to next one of choice. Example: when switching from YouTube to netflix.. Not totally happy with remote functions available for this unit. Some remote button functions are obsolete/missing.

Blown away by the quality

We fully expected it to be the same quality as our LG that we are replacing....but no. Not only does it process a request quicker, but the ease of setting it up was just plain simple. It walks you through everything. We now have the ability to do away with our fire tv, because we have all our apps on the TV. Bonus! We also have a 15 year old surround sound that we were able to hook up, and the remote paired with it!

Great bedroom TV

I had a 40” Sony Bravia, in my room, I bought from 2009, it still worked perfectly fine. I hooked up my PS4 to our 65” samsung in the living and couldn’t believe how crisped it looked. It hit me how much I’ve been missing out in regards to graphics. Went to Best Buy the next day and picked this TV up. Everything looks 100 times better, PS4 games, YouTube TV, Netflix, Disney+..... Perect size for a bedroom.
