The third party installer was terrible, she did not come at appointed time, when she open the box for the TV we purchased the screen was cracked. She went to get a replacement but brought a lesser TV. Also, I tried to communicate the problem on line and got absolutely no HELP. Local store was great. Christopher was super great. Third party installer awful, On1line service was awful, as well
