    Yeah I know it's a budget TV, but I mean come on. It sounds comical almost, as if someone is purposely warping the sound. We have an old TV from like 2011 that legit has better speakers. Sound bar fixes it though

    Cant get the remote open to put batteries in. Had to buy a regular remote to set up TV. Second trip to Best Buy.

    Love 'em! Already had one pair and loved them so much I bought another for my wife. Now we can both watch what we want without bothering the other. The noise canceling feature is fantastic!

    Excellent 3rd room (Guest Room) TV. I would recommend an in wall outlet to hide the electrical cord. Geek Squad does a commendable job installing. Samsung is my ONLY choice for a quality brand.

    Very disappointed in the sound. I have other older Samsung TV's and non have such terrible sound. For this reason I would not recomend this TV

    The image quality is amazing for this price tv and the processor is very fast, you can change from app to app very quick. The remote is very thin and practical, i love it.

    Love our new TV. Geek squad technician Stephen was the best. He mounted the TV on the wall, set it up, made sure all was working as it should and took the time to explain it's operation.

    This tv was for my daughter. She picked this one out because of the gaming reviews. She absolutely loves it and says the graphics are so much better than her old tv which died.

    Great picture but the sound quality is not as good as I expected. Very disappointing. I own 2 other Samsung TV's with much superior sound.

    I purchased this TV for my mother who uses both Dish Network and a Google Chromecast. The TV remote is so vague and has so few features on it that no one can figure out how to change video inputs from Dish to Chromecast using the remote. I've read the instruction manual upside down and backwards and cannot figure any use for the remote at all. The remote needs more buttons and more functions and less "intuitive controls"

    The Geeks were very professional, and realized we were not very techy, so they explained things and hooked everything up for us. When they left, we were able to operate the TV.

    I bought this tv May 1, at May 21 it smelled as if some part is burnt inside. I got paranoid and checked my entire apartment but the smell came from the tv. I immediately switched off and now end of June the tv freezes when I try to change apps through remote. I thought it’s batteries and changed them but still didn’t work. I had to turn it off and then on play again. Been 2 months only and terrible issues

    The TV I replaced was a Samsung that I have had since 2008! Yes, 14 years. So, when it quit working I purchased another Samsung. Excellent brand

    Love the tv. As with all Samsung tv’s, the clarity is amazing. The only downside to this is the menu at the bottom. It takes getting used to.

    The second the unit was turned on I could not believe how horrendous the audio of this tv is. It is unbelievably bad. It sounds like I’m listening to a 1982 single speaker analogue radio playing in a coffee can. The picture is very good. The audio is pathetic. If I could rate just the audio it would be a 0. I’m not going to spend $500 on a sound bar for a $400 tv.
