Bad experience so far.

But remote did not work so could not finish hooking up. Been sitting in the box for a month waiting on the world’s slowest service (as in remote replacement) from Samsung. Their service Dept is terrible!

Thank you for purchasing the 43" AU8000 and for your review. I’m very sorry for the difficulties you’ve experienced with your TV’s setup. We completely understand your frustrations, and we are here to help. While you wait for the replacement remote to arrive, the following troubleshooting steps may help resolve the issue.
If you press any key on the remote, and the LED indicator at the top of your remote stays on for about 3 seconds rather than blinking, please try the following steps to reset your remote:
1) Long press the RETURN key and ENTER key together for about 10 seconds if your remote was once paired already with the TV, you do not need to re-pair it again. However, if it was not paired with the TV, pairing must be done after the reset.
2) The RETURN key is on the left side of your remote and looks like a curved, backwards pointing arrow.
3) The ENTER key is the button in the center of your directional ring.

It has to be put up to over 50 for it to be heard well, and every once in a while it goes black when you change the Chanel. I would like the Geek Squad to return and adjust these things. We recently had some health issues or I would have called them back immediately.

Lasted Two Weeks

Occasionally it loses sync when returning from a commercial break to program. No audio and eventually the video will freeze. Changing channels corrects the fault. This only happens when watching Samsung TV Plus. Live TV and apps work fine.
