    Everything is fine except for one critical function - the sound. It is worse than am radio in an old car. I have tried going into settings to make it better, but no help so far. We can hear but it completely ruins the otherwise good picture quality.

      First, let's ensure your firmware is up to date, as the most recent update helps with performance. To update your firmware, go to Settings > Support > Software Update. You can easily update from there if needed.

      Next, you can adjust the sound settings to suit your personal sound preferences to tune the sound. You can change the Sound Mode by going to Settings > Sound > Sound Mode.

      You can customize the sound with Expert Settings by going to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings.
