Nice picture. Quality stand

Some annoying pop up menus that always appear on powering up. Need to find a waybto by pass once anf for all. Bought for older couple and they figured out how to use it, so its not that bad. Didnt pair exactly with cable remote.....sound works, but holding down sound button doesnt work. Need to keep hitting it for progression. Picture is great

Poor performance
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this tv 2 years ago. Performance has rapidly gone down hill in the last year. Takes forever and a day for things to load. We have 2 other tv’s (other manufacturers) and don’t have this problem. A certified technician look at it, and confirmed it was a problem with the tv (all software up to date). I would not recommend this product.

We loved our first one but gave it to a friend when we decided to move across country. So when we finally got into our new home we purchased another Samsung. Great quality for a great price.

Bad purchase

The screen when half black on one side and then went to the other side and then all black the right side of the TV is really hot. Sad u pay the price for things and they don't last all but 2 years and samsung is usually good we have had two for years.. Must of beeb a defect! And the warrenty has expired.
