Difficult setup, overcomplicated, very very very slow on load and processing, glitchy, poor UI, volume button keeps malfunctioning on the remote requiring system resets (which requires all manners of app re-authentications). I have 3 Samsung devices, all are subpar with this being the absolute worst.

To tune the sound to your liking, you may want to try adjusting the sound settings to suit your personal sound preferences. You can change the Sound Mode by going to: Settings > Sound > Sound Mode
You can also customize the sound with Expert Settings by going to: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings.
Also let's make sure your firmware is up to date. You can check this by going to Settings > Support > Software Update.
