Easy set up and super smart tv features that are easy to learn/use and access. The picture is so realistic it takes getting used to! Love that the smart hub integrates many streaming sources I subscribe to so bypasses need to use Chromecast or other device thru iphone/ipad. The remote is super simple and wonderfully intuitive (though lack of myriad buttons at first had me thinking otherwise)--currently my fave remote by far.

Super easy setup, great built in antenna for OTA channels, beautiful color, clear as a bell picture, and it fits perfectly where I’m using it. This purchase was an open box item—Geek Squad Certified Excellent condition. It came out of the box looking brand new; plus, I saved extra due to open box. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Best Buy, the Geek Squad, and TotalTech membership.

We greatly value the details you provided in your review regarding the sound quality of your new AU8000 TV. Your TV features Object Tracking Sound Lite, which tracks the action with strategically placed dynamic speakers, and Adaptive Sound, which automatically adjusts audio to enhance everything from dialogue to music and sports.
You can select a Sound Mode that you prefer for a content type or your listening environment. Go to: Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Mode.
You can also customize balance and equalizer settings by going to Home > Settings > Sound > Expert Settings.
Additionally, there are image adjustments you can make to optimize your picture to suit your preferences. Your TV has several Picture Modes to choose from allowing you to enjoy content in optimal conditions. Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode.
You can also go to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings to manually fine-tune your image.

Had to buy another remote with better size keys. Also had to purchase a sound bar for better sound quality.

It actually lokks like the people are standing right in the room with you. The remote is a bit difficult. Its small and lightweight, not a horrible thing but it keeps getting lost in the covers. And there is no numbers i had to watch youtube to learn how to use the volume and change the channels. I still cant get tge subtitles off need to watch another video. Im sure like most things ill get used to it. It definitely wouldn't sway me from purchasing the t.v. we love it.

Connectivity and picture controls are great. I don’t use the slick remote as I find it touchy and have better use of my time than to learn it and don’t use smart features as I use fire stick. With adjustment the sound is serviceable at best and picture quality is good, not great. These are the reasons it gets four stars instead of five. It’s a pricy step up to higher level models and not sure it would be worth the extra cost.

Audio is not that great, to be able to reasonably hear it you need to increase the volume to 10. I have an older (non Tizen) Samsung and you can hear it reasonably well with the volume at 2. The responsiveness is not great either. Clicking home on the remote and it lags. If I could do it over again I would have shopped around some more.
